Bible Studies
Community Bible Study Ministry visits Assisted Living facilities every week and takes the Love of Jesus Christ to residents, by way of Communion, prayers, bible stories and music. Contact the church Office, 936-597-6162 or mumc@mumctex.org for more info.
Communion
Communion is taken to members who are in their homes or Assisted Living facilities.
Homebound Ministry
Homebound Ministry visit members who are in their homes or Assisted Living facilities. Members receive a personal card, a newsletter and a phone call every month. Food and gift baskets are sent 3 times a year.
Card ministry
The Card Ministry sends approximately 1000 cards a year to our members and the community. Cards for Thanksgiving and Christmas are handmade and the remaining cards are purchased with donations received from the congregation. Contact: Linda Kemnitz, glkemnitz@consolidated.net
